    From Maharashtra Transport Administration, a circular was released banning on writing the phrase "Horn OK Please" on the rear side of heavy trunks and commercial vehicles. This phrase gives liberty to motorists to honk without any requirement that cause a disturbance in silence zones like school, college, hospitals, etc. On today's developed broader and wider roads, indicators and lights are enough to use while overtaking.

    Airport Council International (ACI)has declared "Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport as the world's best airport of 2014. In Jordon, At the ceremony of ACI Asia-Pacific Annual General Assembly, ACI awarded Delhi's airport with the Airport Quality Service award (AQS).
  3. Largest photovoltaic plant in Madhya Pradesh.
    Madhya Pradesh Cabinet gave its approval for building the largest photovoltaic plant at Gurh tehsil in Rewa district.It will be developed in three power phases containing 250 MW supply.Estimate cost of plant is 4500 crore and the estimated time is by March 2017.

    In Goa, the 14th edition of Indo-French naval exercise VARUNA concluded on 2 May 2015. Goa Chief-minister Laxmikant Parsekar and Vice Admiral SPS Cheema give their solace presence. In this exercise, Aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle represents the French Navy and INS Viraat represents the Indian navy. This was a remarkable event that makes the Indo-French relation strong and secure.

    Ruth Rendell, one of Britain's best authors who wrote outstanding 60 crime novels died at the age 85. She created "Inspector Wexford" the most famous fictional character. After a serious stroke, she admitted to hospital in London and died on Saturday morning.
