  1. 21st May observed as Anti-Terrorism Day:
    On 21st May every year, Anti Terrorism Day observed across the country. The day is a remembrance of the Death anniversary of the former Prime Minister of India, Rajiv Gandhi. On this day Union Home Ministry administers the Anti-Terror oath to employees and terrorists in prison.

    The objective behind the Anti-Terrorism Day is to give a lesson of peace and anti-terrorism to the people of India. This is the best way to aware of a new generation about the danger of terrorism and violence and its effect on society and the country altogether.
  2. MOU signed between RBI and Central Bank of Seychelles:
    MoU has contracted between Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Central Bank of Seychelles on the exchange of information and mutual assistance in banking sector supervision. This MoU was penned among SS Mundra, Deputy Governor of RBI and C. Edmond, First Deputy Governor of CBS.

    In the month of March, PM Narender Modi visited Seychelles to set up strong bonds and open trade between countries. Till now RBI has signed 25 such agreements, one Letter for Supervisory Co-operation, one Statement of Co-operation with the overseas regulators.
  3. New upcoming website to track missing kids:
    In June, a new website is all set to enter the internet that can help you to upload the details and visuals of your missing kid. You can even lounge a missing complaint in a few seconds.

    The website name is ‘khoyapaya.gov.in’ and will be launched very soon. Women and child development (WCD) Minister Maneka Gandhi have already ended the formalities and taken electronics and information technology (DEITY) and police all together to search your loved ones. Moreover, she is hoping to link the website with social media to get more expose.
  4. President Obama named Indian-American professor for admin post:
    US President Obama has elected Indian American professor ‘Akhil Amar’ from Yale University for the prestigious post in National Council. His name was declared by Obama along with other primal administration positions too.

    In the year 1984 to 1985, he has worked as a law clerk to Judge Stephen Breyer and then of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Since1985, he was working as Professor at both Yale Law School and Yale College.

    He has also written various books on the constitution and presently is a member of the Board of Directors of the Constitutional Accountability Center and the Coalition of Freedom Advisory Board of the National Constitution Center.
  5. British Sports business magazine ‘SportsPro’ survey.

    Virat Kohli, India’s cricketer got 6th world's most marketable athlete position in British Sports business magazine ‘SportsPro’. Another Indian who wrapped her position in the magazine is Siana Nehwal, the world’s best shuttler is at 44 on the world’s marketable athlete list.

    On the top world champion ‘Eugenie Bouchard’ got first place and Brazilian football superstar ‘Neymar ‘was listed for a second-most marketable sportsperson in the world.
